ClerkSafe’s desktop application processes matter documents on your computer. This policy covers the public website at clerksafe.com, including the early-access and support forms.
Information you submit
The early-access form collects your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your practice area. The support form collects your name, email address, topic, and message.
We use early-access submissions to contact you about ClerkSafe availability. We use support submissions to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, and improve the product.
Website providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes its forms. Netlify may process connection information such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and requested pages as part of hosting and security operations. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when loading those files.
Cookies and analytics
ClerkSafe does not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics service on this website. Hosting providers may use essential technical data to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and sharing
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to provide early-access communications, answer support requests, maintain business records, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that operate the website and forms, or when law requires disclosure.

Desktop application data
ClerkSafe’s desktop application is designed to process matter files locally. ClerkSafe does not operate a server that receives those matter files. Your computer, operating-system account, backups, and any folders you choose remain under your control.
